On new-builds, Harbour can incorporate the installation of Rainscreen and the installation of SFS so that there is a fully integrated service available for the client. Alternatively, we can carry out just the external finishes package and will work in conjunction with designers and contractors to ensure the project is delivered to the highest standard.

  • Advice on product choice taking into consideration construction method, design requirements and planning restrictions to ensure the customer receives the most suitable product for their project
  • Early development design to include hanging bracket details, U value calculations and analysis of architectural drawings to ensure junctions with other finishes are as expected
  • Support to commercial teams in building a financial framework for façade work on developments where MMC are being utilised
  • Consideration on the lead in of procurement of materials, so that no delays to the project are incurred
  • A fast, reliable and safe installation with fully qualified tradesmen installing the systems as per the manufacturer’s guidelines
  • A dedicated management team trained on Quality Assurance to ensure a successful outcome for the project
